Renovation of a Countryside House by the Sea
project Description
As part of the project, a comprehensive renovation of a countryside house by the sea was carried out, focusing on the modernization of engineering systems and enhancement of both exterior and interior aesthetics. The scope of work included a complete replacement of electrical wiring and plumbing systems, facade renovation using high-quality materials, and interior finishing.

Challenges
Tight deadlines – all work, including the replacement of engineering systems, facade renovation, and interior finishing, had to be completed between July and September.
High material requirements – given the coastal location, the facade was finished with durable materials resistant to climatic conditions.
Logistics difficulties – delivery and coordination of material procurement were carried out with consideration of the site’s remote location.
Modern finishing solutions – the integration of microcement in the bathroom and other innovative coatings required meticulous planning and skilled execution.
