Our company developed the design and project plan for a two-story house located at Salnas Street 1, Baloži, Latvia. The project included full coordination of documentation and permits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The construction process presented unique challenges from the foundation stage, as the plot is located near a lake, requiring a strip foundation with piles to ensure stability and durability. Additionally, the house features a double-height living area (second light), adding to the structural complexity and demanding precise engineering solutions.
